ANGELO MARCHESE

Born in Partinico (Pa) in 1981, he began studying guitar at age ten with his father and with Benedict Cavataio. He continued his studies with Luigi Biscaldi under whose guidance he received his diploma from the Conservatory of Music Ticket Antonio of Trapani with highest honors and at L 'Accademia Musicale Internazionale "Lawrence of Biella with assessment of "excellent with special mention". It 'was the first student in the history of this' Academy, to have passed the entrance examination without being yet in possession del diploma di conservatorio. Dal 2000 al 2002 ha frequentato in qualità di allievo effettivo i "Corsi Internazionali di Chitarra di Trivero" tenuti da Angelo Gilardino e Luigi Biscaldi. Ha studiato lettura della partitura con il pianista, compositore e direttore d'orchestra Gaetano Randazzo. Nel 2000 ha vinto il primo premio assoluto al Concorso Internazionale di Esecuzione Musicale "Johannes Brahms" di Acqui Terme. Nel 2003 un grave incidente gli ha causato un problema ai tendini della mano sinistra e un conseguente ritiro dall'attività musicale per quattro anni. Viene invitato regolarmente, per concerti, nelle più importanti città italiane. Attualmente studia con il chitarrista-compositore Angelo Gilardino. Frequenta il secondo anno del Biennio Specialized Training for certified teachers at the "Antonio Scontrino of Trapani where it is deepening the methodology for teaching instrumental Piero Viti.
