San Martino in Rio after the great successes of recent years, is heating up pots for regaining even this 'year, the reference region for the production of craft greaves.

LE TERME DEL COLESTEROLO, per deliziarvi con il programma 2011 e l’entusiasmo che ci ha sempre caratterizzato nei confronti dei turisti.
L’appuntamento è per domenica 27 febbraio 2011 a partire dalle ore 10, nelle vie del centro storico.
Questo evento che caratterizza il nostro Territorio, è diventato un punto di forza per la promozione della tradizione Reggiana con i suoi prodotti eno-gastronomici tipici. Valorizzano il Paese e la piazza di San Martino in Rio, attraverso la riscoperta dei norcini e delle loro antiche tradizioni, che simpaticamente si sfideranno in concorso.
Quest’anno saranno oltre 200 i norcini che con oltre 100 paioli suddivisi nella categoria legna e gas, diffonderanno in Paese profumi,odori e sapori di una volta, insieme a tutti gli stand gastronomici presenti in festa. Inebrieranno tutti con un buon bicchiere di lambrusco, con la loro simpatia e le loro ricette segrete che ogni gruppo di norcini custodisce, incuriosendo e intrattenendo il numeroso pubblico. Quest’anno saranno rappresentate tutte le città e le provincie dell’Emilia Romagna avendo modo così di confrontare i vari metodi di preparazione tra le varie località.
Sarà possibile inoltre degustare oltre ai ciccioli, alcune chicche gastronomiche e genuine preparate dai volontari tra cui elenchiamo: il gnocco fritto, cucinato dal rinomato gruppo locale della “Gnokkeria”, la polenta in tutti i suoi risvolti, un super wagon train, equipped with a kitchen that will delight us with pork, salt cod fritters and grilled sausage, hot sandwiches with sausage, mulled wine to warm us, and tastes of bruschetta, erbazzone, borlenghi, greaves and chocolate in all its implications of Our Patisserie.

Anche quest’anno attiveremo il “CICCIOLO BUS” navetta che organizzerà uscite SOLO NELLA GIORNATA DI SABATO presso l’acetaia i salumifici, le latterie per vedere dal vivo come si producono i prodotti tipici locali,inoltre faremo tappa al Museo della Bilancia di Campogalliano.
Saranno presenti la domenica 160 bancarelle dedicate all'eno-gastronomia...come dire pancia mia fatti capanna !
